Where our numbers come from
This page sets out where each figure comes from, who publishes it, how often we check, and what this data can and cannot tell you.
Most figures here come from Australian Government open data, released under Creative Commons Attribution licences. We acknowledge the contribution of the Australian Government in making this data publicly available. Where a figure comes from a non-government body, the page names who published it.

What this data can and cannot tell you
- Government statistics may be revised after publication. Figures here reflect the most recent release available at the time of each check.
- Grant and refusal rates describe past decisions across large populations. They do not predict the outcome of any individual visa application.
- Reporting definitions and categories used by government agencies may change between periods. Where this occurs, comparisons across periods may not be like-for-like.
- Nothing on this site is migration advice or a substitute for advice from a Registered Migration Agent (MARN) or an Australian immigration lawyer.
Accuracy disclaimer
While we take reasonable care in sourcing and presenting data, we make no warranty that the information on this site is current, complete, or accurate. The operators of StudyVisaHub are not liable for any decision made, or action taken, in reliance on information published on this site. Users should verify all data against the original government source before relying on it for any purpose.
Corrections
If you believe any data on this site is incorrect or out of date, please contact info@mediamantra.com.au with a description of the discrepancy and, where possible, a reference to the source you believe to be correct. Reports are checked against the source record. Where a material figure, rule, relationship or calculation was wrong, the correction is published together with what was previously shown, what it was changed to, why, and the date, not silently overwritten.
Scholarship data
Scholarship listings are sourced from Study Australia (Austrade, Australian Government), the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (Australia Awards), and individual Australian universities and training providers.
Study Australia scholarship data is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0). Final eligibility criteria, award values, closing dates, and intake details must be confirmed directly with the awarding institution before applying.
Country document-checklist tiers
StudyVisaHub does not publish a tier classification of countries and will not. No official body publishes one. Document requirements for any individual application are set by the Department of Home Affairs and are a matter for the Department.
Who runs this site
StudyVisaHub is a privately operated data platform. It is not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by the Australian Government or any Australian government agency. It does not accept payment from providers to appear, to rank, or to be described more favourably, and no commercial relationship affects the order in which data is shown or whether an adverse official record is published.
