One place, all sourced.

What this actually is

A data platform, not an advice service. We take published Australian government data and join it so you can see it in one view — who was granted a visa, which courses lead to which occupations, which states nominate them, and which providers teach them where. You see what was recorded. Not what will happen to anyone.

For November to June: Indian students on vocational courses were granted 6.9% of the time applying from offshore, and 37.5% onshore. Nepali students in higher education, 36.6% offshore against 87.8% onshore. Counts of decisions already made — with the source beside each one.

The facts are identical in all three. Every number in Pro is in Free. What you pay for is how much of the work is already done.

Why there is no data export

No spreadsheet download, no bulk file, on any plan — including Pro. This is a decision, not a missing feature.

A number that leaves the platform loses the three things that make it trustworthy: who issued it, what period it covers, and the link back to the source. Once a grant rate is sitting in a spreadsheet cell, it can be re-cut, re-labelled, stripped of its date and handed to a student as a promise. We have chosen not to make that easy.

Everything you share from StudyVisaHub goes out as a summary with its sources still attached, so the person reading it can check the figure themselves.

If you want the raw files, take them from the publisher. They are public, and we link to every one.

Questions

Why pay when this data is free on data.gov.au?
The data is free. The joining is the work. Home Affairs decision records, the course register and the occupation pathways dataset are published separately, in different formats, with different identifiers. Free gives you every joined number, one lookup at a time. Lite and Pro pay for saved items, alerts, comparison and shareable summaries — for the hours, not the facts.
Is this migration advice?
No. StudyVisaHub shows aggregate data about decisions already recorded. It does not assess anyone, does not say what will happen to an application, and does not recommend a course of action. For advice about an individual case, speak to a registered migration agent or an Australian legal practitioner.
Are the numbers different on the paid plans?
No. Every figure in Pro is in Free. Paid plans change how much you can save, watch, compare and share.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Plans are monthly and you can cancel any time, which stops the next charge. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by anything on this page. Biv to confirm exact refund wording before publishing
Do you sell my data?
No. We do not sell, rent or share your account details, your saved items or your searches. The Privacy Policy sets out what we store and for how long.
What period does the data cover?
Visa decision records cover the 2025–26 financial year, November to June. Course, provider, occupation and nomination data reflect their source publications, and every screen shows the period for the figure you are looking at.
Do the prices include GST?
Biv to confirm — prices must state inclusive or exclusive of GST before this page goes live
